It was my first trip to India since i came to US. I was a bit anxious as i was going to meet my uncles, aunts and cousins for the first time. It was also the longest Plane trip me and my brother went on. It was fun we watched movies slept ate and i also felt little pain in my ears when we were taking off. We went to lot of Places in a month's time. We landed in Mumbai and stayed in a cottage right infront of the each. It was fun waking up and going to play on beach before bath. Then from there we went by train to Goa. The train ride was long and amazing. My brother called it the safari ride since we got to see lots of animals like cows, goats, horses, stray dogs, even peacocks. I just had the best Samosas there. My uncle also made me try the tea and different kinds of flavored milks. It was awesome.
In Goa they have very good sandy beaches and they have huge waves. From Goa we went to Gujarat which was a contrast to Mumbai. Its very clean and we saw lots of farms and herds and groups of cows and goats blocking the traffic. I saw what my mother always talked about - The roofs on the houses. From there we went to Delhi, which is also the capital of India. We saw the Presidents House. Its so very Beautiful. We celebrated Diwali there. We burst firecrackers and rockets and bombs. I had lot of fun. In India it was hot and I met lots of relatives and had loads of fun. I wish i go there every year.
