Benefits of Yoga

Yoga is for every one. Each individual does it in their own comfort zone. The purpose of Yoga is self realization. Yoga brings discipline in life.Quality of life improves with regular yoga practice.

Your mind leans towards  positive thinking, your concentration increase, your mind becomes peaceful. You gain good health and may get rid of mental and physical disease depending upon your practice and faith. Regular practice of yoga has shown reduction of weight as well. I will be giving instruction for the limitation to the  particular individuals with pre existing condition. We will start with 30 minutes of asana followed by 25 minutes of Pranayam and 5 minutes of Dhayan.

General Rules

  1. Yoga must be done with empty stomuch, preferably in the morning.
  2. This  Yoga class is open to all ages from 18 to 81.
  3. You may drink cup of tea of milk  one hour prior to class.
  4. Light snack before two hours of class is ok.
  5. If you had moderate to heavy meal, you must wait for 6 hours before Yoga practice.
  6. Wear comfortable clothes.
  7. Bring your own yoga-mat.
