Hey Ram
Q &A from the students
Representing the school, the students will be learning a few bhajans as a group and will be performing them on this day. We also invite student to present their own items. This could be a temple dance, a poem or essay about goddess Sarasvati or a short piece on a musical instrument. To allow everyone an opportunity to participate and yet finish the program within1 hour, we are making the following requests:
1.) Each student can perform only 1 item outside of the school bhajans
2.) We encourage students to sing with group bhajans and submit play an instrument/dance as group items.
3.) Each item can not be any longer than 3 minutes
4.) Only first 5 signups will be taken
After the Puja is done, we will be passing out a simple Prasad. It will consist of halva. If you would be willing to prepare one of these items for approx. 20 people, please let us know by signing up by e-mail to schoollead@iswonline.org. To make it easier for everyone, we will pass out the foil containers a few Sundays before.
We will also be collecting NEW children’s books during the Puja. These books will be donated to a local shelter.
We are also collecting for Donation for Ukraine Relief fund. We are accepting voluntary contributions for virtual safe Aarti offering. Please use this link to make donations
