Jayanthi Narasimhan Founder & CEO WatchRx, Inc.
Jayanthi is a serial entrepreneur, award winning Innovator, with 20+ years of executive leadership. She is a subject matter expert on telecommunications and has delivered several sophisticated software solutions for Enterprise and Telecom industry that satisfy diverse technology requirements. She is a Dynamic leader with a demonstrated history of building successful, top-tier teams in cutting-edge technology and has worked in many early-stage startup companies. During her career, Jayanthi has developed many innovative products in the telecommunications market that are deployed around the world.
Currently she is the founder and CEO of WatchRx, a digital health care startup. WatchRx has developed a smartwatch to help aging seniors lead a healthy, independent life and an app for caregivers to get real-time status of their parents and help reduce their stress. WatchRx provides Remote Patient Monitoring solution to providers to monitor patients’ health right at their home.

Gauri Bhalakia – President, ARCpoint Labs of Southboro and Worcester
Gauri Bhalakia is the President of ARCpoint Labs of Southboro, bringing over a decade of experience in project and account management working in the semiconductor industry. Since starting ARCpoint Labs of Southboro in 2016, Gauri worked with employers both in public and private providing assistance and risk mitigation, through pre-employment screening, policy assistance and drug and alcohol testing along with COVID-19 testing, wellness and occupational health services. Her key focus is to work with employers in safety sensitive industries such as transportation, manufacturing and construction.
During the pandemic, ARCpoint Labs continued to serve local businesses and non-profits – and through their on-site COVID-19 testing solutions kept businesses open and the communities safe.
In order to meet the growing demand for the company’s services, Gauri plans to open her second location in Worcester.
ARCpoint Labs of Southboro was awarded Massachusetts Minority Owned Business of the Year for 2022 by SBA.
