IIT AGNE and ISW-PEN are excited to offer a masterclass on Inpowering Leadership by Dr. Vijay Jayachandran on October 15th 2022. If you are a people leader, a change agent, or a community builder, we encourage you to attend.
The format of this event is interactive with numerous breakout sessions where you will be pushed to examine your personal leadership style and come up with solutions that you can start implementing immediately. We hope to see you there!
Vijay Jayachadran, former VP of Product Development at United Technologies Corporation, a Fortune 50 company, and author of "Inpowering Leadership" will lead attendees on and introspective exercise where they will examine their personal leadership style and identify the changes necessary to thrive in todays world.
As structural change cycles occur at dizzying speeds, we now live in a world where change is the only constant, and experience is no longer a good predictor of future success. To thrive in this challenging environment, leaders must be willing to step out of their comfort zones, challenge their personal assumptions, and rapidly adjust their worldview when faced with new information. As leaders reimagine themselves, they must also inspire their people to come with them towards new and sometimes uncertain horizons. The Inpowering Leadership methodology helps to achieve these objectives with a four-step framework that will help you in:
- Moving with Purpose: Creating a clear sense of purpose and direction
- Moving with Speed: Building an organization that moves with speed and agility
- Moving with Accuracy: Making informed decisions with sparse information and in novel situations
