Program – 1 hour (45min yoga + 15min meditation). Heartfulness is a unique technique of meditation with yogic transmission adapted for modern day life.T his program is for adults and kids older than 10 years
We have a special offering of 3 kinds of Relaxation techniques. Instant Relaxation Technique (IRT) is usually done at the beginning, Quick Relaxation Technique (QRT) is done after the standing yoga poses15 min heartfulness meditation to rejuvenate our inner self with help of yogic transmission.
