  Program – 1 hour (45min yoga + 15min meditation). Heartfulness is a unique technique of meditation with yogic transmission adapted for modern day life.T his program is for adults and kids older than 10 years

  We have a special offering of 3 kinds of Relaxation techniques. Instant Relaxation Technique (IRT) is usually done at the beginning, Quick Relaxation Technique (QRT) is done after the standing yoga poses15 min heartfulness meditation to rejuvenate our inner self with help of yogic transmission.

  Hi all,  we started an ISW vocal group a few months back, and had a lot of fun.  Rules are no auditions, Hindi based, no Karaoke

  Sessions starts shortly  on Fridays approx every two weeks, closed around holidays, plus schedule is based on hall availability

  Wednesdays 6.30 pm starting April  24, May 1, 8,
  and May 16  for completing projects.

  Some sessions will be held at the Shrewsbury Public Library. Please come to India Center on the first day. 

  • For Ages 9-90!
  • Laptop Windows or Mac Laptop ( Ipads, Chromebooks will not work) with external mouse required
  • Class will be customized for each learner's level
  • Everyone will have a chance to work on a 3D Printing project
  • Laser Cutting project and Cricut project (Computer Controlled Cutting) is for experienced students only (must have completed prior 3D print class at ISW)
  • Parents welcome to hangout

  Focus on 3D Printing higher level   To participate in Cricut demostration, must have completed Beginner 3D class
